Custom Solutions for Chicago Transit Authority— Custom LED Retrofits of CTA Signage and Fixtures

During his time at Sustainable Solutions LED, Mago oversaw the development of custom LED retrofit kits for various sign boxes and light fixtures for the Chicago Transit Authority.  Mago and his team worked with engineers at their manufacturing partner, as well as at the CTA, to develop multiple iterations of custom retrofit kits that ultimately were written into the CTA’s standard specification for all “L” platform lighting and signage.

Lake Barrington Field House — Multi-Use Indoor Sports Facility

One of G23’s premier projects was a design/build-to-suit for Lake Barrington Field House LLC. in which Mago provided direct oversight on the project.  This 180,000SF facility housed a full-size indoor soccer field, two full-size basketball courts, and amenities to support all sports training for every level of athlete.  The project was constructed and turned over to the owner in eight short months, beating the schedule by two months, while remaining on a tight construction budget.
